Welcome Letter

Whether you are reading these pages as a member of our Executive Leadership, a Brand Ambassador, Contributor, Accredited Partner, volunteer, sponsor, titleholder, director, or simply someone who believes in the power of community, I want to personally thank you for being part of this journey. When Let’s Talk Pageants was founded in 2017, it began with a simple belief: that every person in the pageant community deserves to have their story heard with honesty, dignity, and respect. What started as conversations has grown into something much greater—a trusted organization dedicated to preserving the history of pageantry, recognizing excellence, educating future leaders, and strengthening our community through service. The LTP Bible, officially known as the Let’s Talk Pageants Operations Manual, is more than a collection of policies and procedures. It is the foundation upon which our organization stands. It reflects our mission, our values, our standards, and our commitment to conducting ourselves with professionalism, integrity, and purpose. Within these pages you will find the principles that guide our decisions, the expectations we hold for ourselves, and the vision that continues to shape our future. As our organization grows, this manual will evolve alongside it, serving as both a roadmap for the future and a historical record of where we began. At Let’s Talk Pageants, we believe leadership begins with service. We believe recognition should be earned, relationships should be valued, and every interaction is an opportunity to leave our community stronger than we found it. We strive to celebrate achievement without diminishing others, to encourage meaningful conversation over unnecessary controversy, and to create opportunities that elevate every corner of the pageant world. No organization is built by one individual alone. It is built by the countless volunteers, leaders, businesses, contributors, ambassadors, partners, and supporters who choose to invest their time, talents, and passion into something greater than themselves. I am deeply grateful to every person who has helped shape Let’s Talk Pageants into what it is today and to those who will continue building its future for years to come. My hope is that this manual serves not only as a guide for how we operate, but as a reminder of why we exist. Every policy, every program, every initiative, and every decision should ultimately support the mission of celebrating, educating, connecting, and preserving the pageant community we proudly serve. Thank you for believing in our mission. Thank you for helping us build something that will endure.
