Assistant Executive Director
Supports the Executive Director in overseeing daily operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational leadership across all LTP divisions.
3-Year Renewable TermExecutive Secretary
Maintains official records, meeting minutes, and organizational documentation to keep LTP governed with transparency.
2-Year Renewable TermDirector of Media & Communications
Leads LTP's voice across all channels, content strategy, and public relations for the pageant community.
3-Year Renewable TermDirector of Events
Plans and oversees LTP's events, gatherings, and community experiences from concept to execution.
3-Year Renewable TermDirector of Partnerships & Sponsorships
Builds and manages relationships with sponsors, partners, and supporters who help grow the LTP mission.
3-Year Renewable TermDirector of Education
Develops and leads educational programs, workshops, and resources that empower the pageant community.
3-Year Renewable TermDirector of Brand Ambassadors
Leads the Brand Ambassador program, mentoring ambassadors and guiding community representation.
3-Year Renewable TermAwards Chair
Oversees the LTP Awards program, guiding recognition, selection processes, and honors across the network.

Supports the Awards Chair in administering recognition programs and celebrating excellence in pageantry.
2-Year Renewable TermLegal & Ethics Advisor
Provides guidance on governance, ethics, compliance, and organizational standards to protect LTP's integrity.
