By LTP Accreditation Council • September 23, 2026

Official Standards & Code of Excellence Presented by Let’s Talk Pageants

Welcome At Let’s Talk Pageants, we believe trust is earned. The LTP Verified Accredited Business Seal is awarded to businesses, organizations, and professionals who demonstrate excellence in service, ethics, professionalism, and commitment to the pageant community. Verification is not purchased. It is earned. Businesses displaying the LTP Verified seal have met our published standards and agree to uphold them throughout the duration of their accreditation. The LTP Verified seal is a mark of recognition, not a guarantee or warranty of services. Accreditation reflects that a business met LTP’s standards at the time of review. Let’s Talk Pageants reserves the right to review, suspend, or revoke accreditation at any time if those standards are no longer maintained. When a formal violation is verified by the LTP Accreditation Council, enforcement will follow a standardized, three-tier framework based on the severity of the infraction. Infraction Tier Classification Examples Mandatory Enforcement Action Tier 1: Minor (Administrative or Operational Oversights) • Failure to provide promised scorecards within the designated post-pageant window. • Minor, non-fraudulent accounting delays with vendors or prize delivery. • Failure to update contact/ownership information with LTP within 30 days of a change. • 1st Offense: Official Written Warning via the Accreditation Council. • 2nd Offense: Accumulation of 1 Strike; mandatory 14-day window to cure the issue. Tier 2: Moderate (Contractual or Behavioral Violations) • Unjustified failure to deliver advertised prizes, scholarships, or package items within 90 days. • Documented verbal harassment, bullying, or defamatory public statements by a director or verified business owner. • Using the LTP Verified seal on an unapproved or separate sister-brand. • Accumulation of 2 Strikes. • Mandatory 30-to-90 Day Suspension of the LTP Verified status and removal from the public directory. • Required completion of an LTP-approved corrective action plan before reinstatement. Tier 3: Critical (Ethical, Legal, or Safety Breaches) • Financial fraud, embezzlement, or intentional budget/prize manipulation. • Documented discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. • Severe safety breaches, physical endangerment of contestants, or failure to conduct required staff background checks. • Retaliation against any contestant or whistleblower who files an LTP report. • Immediate and Permanent Revocation of the LTP Verified seal and status. • Permanent ban from re-applying for verification. • Public listing updated to "Revoked for Cause" in the global directory. Standard Operating Procedures for Infraction Enforcement 1. The Right to Cure (Tier 1 & Tier 2 Only) For Tier 1 and Tier 2 infractions, the accused organization will be granted a specific "Window to Cure". If the organization fails to rectify the violation within the given timeframe (e.g., delivering the missing scorecards or issuing the delayed prize), the infraction is automatically upgraded to the next highest penalty tier. 2. The Strike Expiration Window To reward long-term operational improvement, Tier 1 and Tier 2 strikes are not permanent. If a verified entity maintains a completely clean record for 12 consecutive months following the resolution of an infraction, any accumulated Tier 1 or Tier 2 strikes will expire and be wiped from their internal record. 3. The Appeals Process Any organization facing a Tier 2 Suspension or Tier 3 Revocation has the right to file a formal appeal within 7 business days of receiving notice. Appeals must be submitted in writing to the LTP Accreditation Council. The appellant must present new, documented evidence demonstrating either factual error in the investigation or immediate remediation of the issue. The Council will review and issue a final, non-appealable verdict within 14 business days. Use of the LTP Verified Seal The seal may appear on: Websites Email signatures Business cards Social media Booths Marketing materials It may not be altered or used after accreditation expires. Our Promise LTP Verified is not a popularity contest. It is a commitment to excellence. Every accredited business represents the values that strengthen our pageant community and inspire confidence among titleholders, directors, families, and fans. Official LTP Accreditation Statement LTP Verified Accreditation is not an endorsement of perfection. Rather, it recognizes organizations, businesses, and professionals who consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, transparency, and a commitment to elevating the pageant community. Accreditation reflects performance at the time of evaluation and is subject to periodic review.
