Executive Leadership Oath

I, (state your name), having accepted the responsibility to serve as a member of the Executive Leadership of Let's Talk Pageants, do solemnly pledge that I will faithfully uphold the mission, vision, values, and standards of this organization.

I will lead with integrity, professionalism, transparency, and respect.

I will place the interests of Let's Talk Pageants and the communities we serve above personal recognition or personal gain.

I will carry out the duties of my office with honesty, fairness, accountability, and excellence, treating every individual with dignity while protecting the credibility, reputation, and legacy of this organization.

I will safeguard confidential information, avoid conflicts of interest, and make decisions that reflect the principles outlined in the LTP Operations Manual, known as The LTP Bible.

I understand that leadership is not a privilege to be exercised for personal benefit, but a responsibility to serve others with humility, wisdom, and purpose.

I will encourage collaboration, inspire growth, embrace innovation, and work to strengthen the pageant community through education, service, recognition, and authentic storytelling.

Should I ever fall short of these standards, I will accept accountability, seek correction, and strive to restore the trust placed in me.
